MD & FounderA true hotelier at heart, having started my hotel career working as a telephonist in the Switchboard. Spent many years on the shop floor, in both Food and Beverage and Rooms departments. Well known Guest Speaker and Facilitator on the international circuit. Oh, and did I mention I once worked as a chimp trainer in the circus?
Neema Tembhurnikar
Director of Technical Development & SupportNeema heads up all of our technical development and support requirements. Originally qualified as an Engineer, but then later moved into the rapidly evolving world of software development. I am based in central India, in one of the IT hotspots, so plenty of access to new thinking and new releases. Whilst I cannot build a website with just a thought, it only takes a few thoughts and one can be created!
Alison Dixon
Chief Solutions EngineerI started my career as a Storekeepers Assistant at a hotel, and many years later left that hotel as Commercial Director. A great story and one that I am very proud of. Mostly Rooms Department orientated, with particular experience in Sales and Revenue Management. Although technology continues to mould our industry, I am passionate about the fact that this, above all, a people business.
Linda Steel
Director Revenue SupportMy career has centered around the Reservations, Front Desk and Revenue Management Departments in both the UK and South Africa. Additionally, I have also developed my experience by working in a variety of different hotel types, from conferencing and corporate to resorts and luxury. I originally planned on become teacher.

Marketing StorytellerCarla joins us from a very rich pedigree within Orient Express (now Belmond), Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and more recently from StoryBox marketing. We have worked alongside Carla for some time, both within The Cape Grace and Singita, and have been impressed in her ability to deliver meaningful and measurable marketing results. Nicky Malan
Nicky has been in the hospitality industry since 1978 after qualifying as a chef and then Assistant Manager in the UK. I then moved to SA to Southern Sun Hotels in 1983 as both restaurant & bar manager. Later specialising in stock taking & retail management for Mantis Collection in several game reserves & golf clubs. My passion for the hotel industry and looking after guests needs keeps me inspired. I am both motivated and professional.
